On September 30th, 2016, PETT Fellow Shama Parkhe began a month-long study tour of Europe, joining therapeutic communities in Greece and Italy, taking part in Living-Learning workshops in Palermo and Portugal, and sharing the experience of the first two years of the Hank Nunn Institute at international therapeutic community conferences  in Portugal and Milan.

Shama is a psychologist and psychotherapist and co-founder with Anando Chatterji of the Hank Nunn Institute (HNI) in India, which is pioneering and developing therapeutic community programmes and practice in India (for their Facebook page, see here. In this audio letter she shares news and reflections on her month among therapeutic communities in Europe.
